First, we arrange a phone consultation to delve deeper into your event and your specific requirements. Typically, our clients may not have a clear idea of their needs, so during these calls, we introduce our "Whatcha Need" services and the customizable touches we provide.
Then
Following that, Whatcha Need develops a tailored proposal derived from our phone discussion. Subsequently, we collectively review the proposal to address any inquiries and elaborate further on the expectations throughout the planning and execution stages.
Now
The planning phase beings for Whatcha Need, and you are actively involved in decision-making. At this stage, we present drafts of your stationery and any other items requiring approval. On the day of the event, Whatcha Need handles the setup independently, eliminating the need for your assistance. Utilize this time to fully immerse yourself in the moment and prepare for the event ahead.

Hello, I'm Judy, the founder of WhatchaNeed. Whatcha Need Planning is a local event service operated by a solo entrepreneur dedicated to designing personalized details for significant life milestones.
After accumulating four years of experience in corporate and conference event planning, I was inspired by my husband to take the courage to leave my office job and pursue my dream: becoming an independent event planner while balancing the responsibilities of being a stay-at-home mom. Seizing this opportunity allowed me to fulfill a community need and embark on this exciting journey.
